01The service

Bee AI Studio creates professional product photos and listing copy (title, description and keywords) from your product photos or from public product pages. Results are created by artificial intelligence. Bee AI Studio isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any marketplace; marketplace names belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

02Credits

• One credit creates one product: its analysis, listing copy, four studio photos and one photo from your own idea.
• A credit is used when a product's first AI request succeeds. If that request fails, the credit is returned.
• New users receive one free credit.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and are used only in the app.

03Monthly plans

Plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A plan renews automatically each month unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before it. Each period adds the plan's credits; unused plan credits expire at the end of the period and don't carry over. You can manage or cancel a plan in your Apple Account settings at any time; cancelling stops future renewals, and the current period's credits stay available until it ends.

04Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits don't expire while the service is offered, and they're used after any free and plan credits.

05Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase is refunded, the credits it added may be removed. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

06Your content

You keep all rights to the photos, links and text you submit. You give us a limited license to process this content only to provide the service to you. You confirm that you have the right to use the content you submit and to sell the products it shows.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bee AI Studio to:

• create listings for counterfeit, stolen, illegal or prohibited products;
• misrepresent a product's appearance, features, origin or condition, or mislead buyers;
• infringe trademarks, copyrights or other rights, or impersonate brands or people;
• create sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful content;
• get around credit limits, reverse engineer the service or overload it.

We may block requests that our safety systems or AI providers decline.

08AI results

AI can make mistakes. Photos may differ from your product in details such as color, text, size or proportions, and copy may contain errors. Review every photo and text before you publish it, and make sure your listings are accurate and follow the rules of the marketplace and applicable consumer law. You're responsible for the listings you publish.

09Rights to results

Between you and us, you may use the photos and text created for you for any lawful purpose, including commercial listings. Because AI results can be similar for different users, we can't guarantee that they're unique or eligible for copyright protection.

10Availability

We work to keep Bee AI Studio available, but the service may change, be interrupted or have limits, such as fair-use limits on the number of requests, to keep it reliable and protect costs. We may change or discontinue features; if we stop offering the service, we'll give reasonable notice where possible.

11Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access for use that breaks these terms or the law.

12Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee that results will meet your needs or that sales will follow, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, marketplace penalties or account suspensions. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll show the new date at the top and let you know in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This doesn't remove the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live as a consumer.
