Credits and purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple. If your credits don't show, tap Account → Restore Purchases in the app. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Cancelling a plan
Cancel any time in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. The credits of the current month stay until it ends.
A photo doesn't look right
Open the product to reshoot that photo or describe a scene of your own. If it still looks wrong, write to us with the product's name so we can improve.
Your data
Write to us to access or delete your data. Since we don't know who you are, include your anonymous app ID; we'll help you find it.
